The Messenger

Oct. 1, 2006

Dear Friends,
Too often we settle for less than what God wants for us because we neglect to pray and ask God. During this month I invite you to join in prayer for our Church, our families, and our world for spiritual reawakening.
As I challenged the leaders, I want to put the 5-minute prayer challenge before you: every time you come to church for worship or a meeting, consider coming 5 minutes early to pray specifically for our Church & its mission. And consider joining in prayer for 5-10 minutes at 12 Noon every Wednesday wherever you are for a fresh move of God in our church.
This Sunday is World Communion Sunday. After service, there will be Confirmation Orientation in the Library. And pray for our youth as the MYF begins today at 5 PM with a Kick-off Dinner.
With hope,
Pastor Julia Y.H. Yim
