Dear Friends,
that our New York Annual Conference has made available to assist local churches to identify strengths (maximum factor) and weaknesses (minimum factor) in the life and ministry of the church and implement action steps to facilitate churches to experience health and growth.
Thirty members of our church will be invited to participate in the first phase of NCD: Church surveys in the days to come. The results from the surveys will serve as a basis for exploring the question, "How can we experience growth in the area of our minimum factor?"
As the whole church engages and explores ways to experience greater health and growth, please join us in worship, prayer, mission and service that the gospel of Christ will proclaimed through us and more people be reached for Christ!
With you for Christ,
Pastor Julia YH Yim

30 DAYS FOR KYLI is a spirit raiser. The goal is to raise awareness of the gifts we have each been given and to take better care of ourselves in an attitude of gratitude, while dedicating acts of self care to Kyli's complete physical healing. Kyli, one of our church members, is an infectious, spirited five year old girl who has struggled with encephalopathy of unknown origin since infancy. Kyli works very hard to achieve simple things like eating, drinking, breathing, and even sleeping. We remain confident God is working miracles in and through Kyli. Please join us by visiting the following website - http://theprocessfitness.com/kyli.html
