ESL - English as a Second Language

Farmingdale United Methodist Church celebrates our community's increasing ethnic diversity and was proud to offer an informal weekly ESL (English as a Second Language) class for more than 15 years to village residents who wanted to increase their basic English language skills. We thank God for the ministry of Margarita Tomko, who taught the class for those many years.

Because the community continues to change, we wil no longer be offering ESL classes, as other area organizations are now offering classes. If you are in need of such a program, please contact the FUMC office at (516) 694-3424 for a reference.
